CUET Eligibility
There is no age limit to give the CUET. If you have passed class 10+2 or equivalent examination, then you can take the CUET exam irrespective of your age. However, you will have to fulfill the age criteria of your desired University, Institution, or Organization.
List Of Qualifying Examinations

- A Diploma recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education or a state board of technical education. The minimum duration of your diploma should be 3 years.

Important Instructions To Candidates For CUET
To take the CUET exam 2024, you should be well aware of the following instructions:
- You should report at the examination centre well ahead of time. It is advised that you reach around 2 hours before the commencement of the CUET.
- You must take your seat immediately after the opening of the CUET examination hall. If you don’t report on time due to any reason like a traffic jam, train/bus delay, etc., then you are likely to miss some instructions that are announced in the hall. The NTA will not be responsible for any kind of delay.
- You have to show the Admit card in a downloaded or printed format for admission in the CUET examination room. The authorized test center staff will verify your identity credentials. If you do not possess a valid Admit Card and authorized photo ID, then you will not be permitted to take the examination under any circumstances by the Center Superintendent.
- You will be allocated a seat indicating the roll number and you have to sit on the particular seat only. In case you think of changing your allotted seat, then it might result in the cancellation of your CUET candidature.
- You must ensure that the CUET question paper available on your computer screen is according to your chosen subject. In case the subject is not the same, you should bring this information to the notice of the concerned invigilator.
- You can approach the Center Superintendent / Invigilator for any technical assistance, first-aid emergency, or any other information during the course of the CUET.
- Your CUET candidature will be cancelled and your result will not be declared if you appear in more than one shift or date of this examination.
- In case you are unable to appear on the scheduled date of your CUET for any reason, then a re-test will not be conducted by the NTA.
