SSC GD PST (Physical Standards Test)
After you score well in writing the SSC GD question paper, you will be qualified for the next procedure which is the Physical Standard Test. This test is considered to be the first stage of the selection process.
Height:
The height requirement for male candidates in this test is 170 cm and for female candidates is 157 cm. Some categories are allowed for relaxation in height. You can check them out below.
Chest:
Chest measurement is only taken for male candidates. The standards for this measurement are:
- Un-expanded - 80 cm
- Minimum expansion - 5 cm
