Inclusive classroom teachers should actively prepare Individualized Education Plans. In an inclusive classroom, every student needs particular attention from the teacher, as it includes students suffering from various disabilities and diverse backgrounds. It includes slow learners, which requires extra time for learning; fulfilling the need of every child is only possible through an individualized education plan for all the diverse children.
• RPWD Act, 2016 approved 21 disabilities. RPWD Act, 1995 has been amended as RPWD Act, 2016 where types of disabilities have been increased from 7 disabilities to 21 disabilities and the central government has the power to add more disabilities if necessary.
• Section 3 of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education (RTE) Act, 2009 provides free and compulsory education to all children from 6-14 years of age. "The RTE rules for children without disability are till completion of elementary education or class VIII or 14 years of age but for children with disability is till 18 years of age."
