Women empowerment is to motivate and develop women by promoting their participation in all areas and sectors, to build stronger economies, improve their quality of life and bring gender equality with an equal amount of opportunities. It is to help them to make their own decisions by breaking all their rules that the society and their family has created for them. It is to make them independent in all aspects from thought, mind, decision, wealth and to bring equality in society. Women's empowerment starts at a personal level only. It is a tool to develop a nation. Developing one sector of the society and remaining the other sector under-developed, won’t make any difference in the growth of the nation. We need to take each section of society together in the path of development. Empowering women is the main motto of the development department because an empowered mother with a child makes the bright future of any nation.

But it’s not a thing to forget that we belong from a country where women are given the place of Goddess and where we worship them. Women are given first priority in India; however, they are treated very badly in their home and stays limited to their household kinds of stuff only. They are kept completely unaware of their rights and their own development. Empowering women is important because women aren’t getting what they deserve. Women population constitutes around 50% of the world population. A large number of women around the world are unemployed. The world economy suffers a lot because of the unequal opportunity for women at workplaces.
