The 5th edition of India International Science Festival (IISF) 2019 is to be held at Kolkata. The theme for this year’s festival is “RISEN India – Research, Innovation, and Science Empowering the Nation”.

This festival is held annually in Goa and it is conducted jointly by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting and Government of Goa since 1952. It is presented by the Directorate of Film festivals.
