Human development is affected by both – internal factors as well as external actors. Internal factors are related to health, genes, height, and weight where external factors are about the values one learns within his family and from his neighbourhood.

According to the National Center for Children in Poverty, 22% of children in the United States are living in poverty. Low wages and rising costs of living make it difficult to escape poverty. Poverty can hinder a child's physical and mental health and his ability and motivation to learn.Provide students appropriate training to develop skills to strengthen their self-esteem.

Jean Piaget divided the child’s development into four stages. He defined that the children of age 2 to 7 are at the preoperational stage of development while sensorimotor stage happens up to 2 years from birth, concrete operational stage happens in 7 to 11 years of age while Formal operational stage happens for the children who are all above 12 years.

The Third Round Table Conference took place in the year 1932 but this was also not fruitful as most of the leaders were imprisoned. This was the last and the third round table conference. This conference was attended by 46 delegates as most of the political leaders were imprisoned. INC denied attending the conference.

 The older taxonomy was developed in 1956. Later in 2001, the revised version of Bloom’s taxonomy was created where the last two stages of the older version were swapped and ‘Create’ were made as the ultimate achievable stage. ‘Knowledge’ which was at the first stage in the older taxonomy was replaced by the stage ‘remember’ in the revised one.
