Socialisation plays an important role in learning. Doing activities that include tasks based on discussion or interaction with others will boost social learning. 
Social learning develops the feeling of cooperation among the students.

A teacher should take responsibility for the success of the disadvantaged students. These students should be supported and encouraged by the teacher. Their skills should be nurtured so that they benefit from the education system.

Skinner considered a reward and reinforcement an important factor role in learning. Skinner argues that the purpose of psychology is to predict the behavior control. This theory that teacher gift or reward is of high value so that the child will be more diligent. This theory is also called operant conditioning.

According to his experiments Greene and Lepper stated that in the classroom a teacher should form balanced force between intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation.

Cognition is identified as combination of process like attention, memory, problem solving, memory and planning. It involves various sophisticated and unique functions, it relates to brain and believed to have a major impact on emotions.

When a teacher accepts children with their strengths and weaknesses, keeps a positive tone and approves of their efforts rather than strictly demanding their compliance to his/her teaching ways, it leads to a favourable environment in the classroomand children learn faster and better.

The failure of a child is also the failure of the syllabus pedagogy and assessment. Hence we need to reflect upon all these points before making any judgment about the students. 
To avoid failure or to tackle it when it looks likely, both parents and teachers must get involved. They can do this by involvement of parents, skill development, increase in the motivation.

A child' success is dependent on various aspects whether it is the family environment, parenting, the focused hard work of the child. To achieve success the child should be balanced in all the parameters i.e emotional, cognitive, social, physical, etc.

Through Instructions, only Cognitive effect could be developed and not effective and psychometric aspects, still holds an important involvement as it can divert the students' mind towards the objective. So, Instruction is the right answer.

Learning can take place anywhere. It is not mandatory that educational institutions are the only places where learning can take place. Learning process is the activity or process of gaining knowledge or skill by studying, practicing, being taught, or experiencing something : the activity of someone who learns knowledge or skills gained from learning.
