Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Candidates must have a Postgraduate degree in any discipline, MBA, PGDM, LLB, BA+LLB (5 years), CA, B.Tech, or B.E. from a recognized institution.
- Preference will be given to candidates with additional qualifications like JAIIB/CAIIB.
Work Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in an officer cadre in banks, financial institutions, PSUs, or reputed companies is required.
- Candidates with experience in project finance, corporate finance, treasury, credit loan accounting, NPA, or recovery will be preferred.
Age Limit (as of November 30, 2024)
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 30 years
- Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years
Pay Scale
- Selected candidates will start with a basic pay of ₹44,500/- per month.
- The total cost to the company (CTC) for an Assistant Manager is approximately ₹19 lakhs per annum.
Selection Process
The selection process will include the following stages:
- Preliminary Screening: Based on eligibility criteria.
- Written Examination:
