IDBI Bank has announced the Junior Assistant Manager (JAM) Recruitment 2025 under the Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance (PGDBF) program. Selected candidates will undergo a one-year training program, including:

6 months of classroom learning
2 months of internship
4 months of on-the-job training (OJT) at IDBI Bank’s branches or offices

After completing the course, candidates will be appointed as Junior Assistant Manager (Grade 'O').
