Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline with at least 50% marks.
- Candidates must have passed X, XII, and Graduation with at least 50% marks in each.

- 1 to 10 years of experience in sales is required.

Probation Period
- Selected candidates will undergo a 6-month probation period.

Selection Process
The selection involves two stages:

Online Test
- An objective test with 100 questions.
- Sections: English Language, Numerical Ability, and Reasoning Ability.
- Duration: 1 hour.
- Medium: English.
- Negative Marking: 1/4th deduction for each wrong answer.

Personal Interview
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
- Final selection will combine online test and interview scores.
